Job Description

Job purpose/summary

With a strong analytical background, this role will act as a subject matter expert to support marketing programs and guest engagement strategies through various digital channels. As such, this role will knowledge-share and collaborate with other digital team members to develop processes for channel management, optimization, and reporting throughout the organization. This role is critical within the organization and will be responsible for redefining and guiding our direct-to-consumer and wholesales channels to tell our brand story and support overall business growth.

Duties and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building online experience and working with project managers responsible for all content management to deliver digital channels
  • Collecting and tracking the performance of various social media initiatives making necessary changes to improve business results
  • Executing landing page design, content development & promotion, social media community building, and more in conjunction with the strategy team
  • Maintaining complete graphic design work related to digital marketing ads and other company marketing initiatives
  • Other digital marketing and client communications as needed
  • Generating new and creative ways to support and enhancing online marketing initiatives
  • Creating social media marketing strategies and planning to raise brand awareness and visibility in the market
  • Creating marketing plans and content for various clients
  • Ensuring the timely resolution of all end-user and production issues related to the digital engagement platform and working with managed services team to resolve the issues
  • Developing digital product partnerships with strategic partners, including management and optimization of the partnership using partner-specific go to market plans

  • Providing agency-wide thought leadership about digital marketing best practices and advanced strategy execution
  • Leading ad hoc digital commerce market trends analysis, competitive landscape study, and digital customer journeys and behaviour analysis needed to identify and assess opportunities
  • Maintaining high levels of personal organization, including the use of project management software as well as logging time worked by project and client
  • Understanding client prospects and profiles to best position programs and services
  • Advising on marketing communications, web development, demand generation centers, sales on digital best practices spanning interface design, user experience, new capabilities, privacy laws and regulations, and digital strategy compliance
