Job purpose/summary
This role will allow a driven candidate to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of marketing, as well as contribute to the direction and creative flair. This role is based on design efforts; however, it will require a fair amount of project management. This role will require balancing time between concept work, designing 'on the tools', and overseeing the work of the other designers.
Duties and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing traditional graphic design tasks such as creating marketing and sales assets
- Providing a solution-based approach to design, accountable for the various stages of the design process from concept development through to finished product
- Creating animation templates that can be used for ongoing projects by digital production teams
- Executing creative concepts that are on strategy across different media, with minimal supervision
- Delivering creative design ideas that match customer requirements Design marketing campaign ingredients like banners
- Inspecting Design marketing materials for various clients that meet their branding guidelines and styles
- Generating various innovative artwork needed in the production of all graphic communications that may include renderings, designs, logos, and product detail illustrations
- Creating ad work for markets and any promotional material on an as need basis

The ideal candidate will demonstrate competencies in the following areas:
- Possessing a top-notch understanding of multimedia design and experience building files for both print and digital
- Providing creative direction, design, and creating communications that follow established brand standards and voice
- Possessing strong conceptual skills, a high-level sense of design, layout, typography, and a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions
- Having excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and operating in a deadline-driven environment
