Job purpose/summary
This role will be responsible for delivering varied projects for the business as a whole and developing benchmarks and salary surveys to ensure processes are run smoothly. This role will help drive data accuracy across the function to ensure that our HR System and subsequent people data informs and influences the development of future initiatives and plans. This role will aim to understand existing challenges, identify trends, and develop fact-based HR insights to aid the business in making well-informed decisions.
Duties and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting senior analyst with modification and tailoring report content based on evolving business needs and integrating user feedback for continuous process improvement to provide the best, most responsive, and current information possible
- Streamlining people and performance data, and providing analysis for the respective business
- Providing the data integrity levels of various client-facing applications
- Performing a cross-functional role to facilitate business process changes with stakeholders in other departments
- Providing accurate and timely data to enable the entire people team to meet objectives
- Providing customer support and guidance on best practices and system capabilities for HR systems
- Providing analysis support for ongoing monitoring of all key HR and reward metrics
- Conducting detailed analyses and evaluation of major organizational activities and complex business problems
- Providing technical support to end-users by troubleshooting issues and supporting training initiatives

- Performing ongoing data quality assurance of employee information
- Performing ongoing data quality assurance of compensation information
- Advising and guiding management, employees, and other human resources staff in the proper use and interpretation of human resources policies, plans, and programs
- Analyzing documents specifications, development, and implementation of new or redesigning systems, reports, and procedures for HR application users to ensure efficient business processes and continuous improvement
- Delivering data and analytical insight to support and develop HR best practices for store openings, and financial growth
