Job Description

Job purpose/summary

This role will be responsible for working collaboratively with and gaining buy-in to their frameworks and strategies from, a variety of teams including product, marketing, and data science. Working with colleagues across the department, this role will support increasing the supply of infrastructure and providing tailored change management support. This role will work across functional areas, in collaboration with its leaders, to produce clear, concise, and up-to-date policies and procedures.

Duties and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting data-driven research that sets the context of our work in a community by delivering the background information needed to determine appropriate strategies and interventions
  • Providing program support and developing policy and making necessary revisions or doing additional analysis where necessary, in preparation of rulemaking packages and/or policy documents and reports
  • Conducting qualitative research including reviewing best practices and working with and stakeholders across the organization to understanding business processes and context
  • Providing technical writing support that collaborates with House personnel to prepare and reviewing documentation for internal and external customers as required
  • Conducting research and support requirements including gathering and management
  • Performing skilled and highly detailed research on various issues and specific interests while working within the organization
  • Developing papers and recommendations for consideration by program management for new or revised strategies to improve programs
  • Responsible for key outputs including the management of the corporate financial model, preparation of government submissions, and management functions
  • Performing project-related and internal administrative activities as a member of a collaborative team
  • Performing other related duties assigned in support of the research projects
