Job Description

Job purpose/summary

This role will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with candidates and the rest of the team. Also, this role will require proactively networking and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to service future needs as well. This role will focus on the areas of candidate talent acquisition and strategy development and will partner closely with business leaders in the client groups supported.

Duties and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing new and sustainable methods to identify, source, evaluating and managing a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates including but not limited to utilizing lead generation, competitive intelligence gathering, social media, and digital talent marketing
  • Ensuring a constant flow of qualified candidates using web-based tools, social media, and various recruiting job boards
  • Providing creative and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals through employee referrals, social media, user group events, etc.
  • Collaborating and leveraging multiple sourcing strategies and channels including external networks, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates for open positions
  • Undertaking global HR projects and new initiatives such as employer branding, campus recruitment to acquire suitable talents for the organization
  • Participating in recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings
  • Developing recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with client requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate


The ideal candidate will demonstrate competencies in the following areas:

  • Maintaining personal relationships with candidates throughout the entire recruitment and employment process
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of open job requirements, as well as overall hiring profiles
  • Possessing strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Facilitating evaluation factors such as experience, education, skills, fit within the company
  • Developing recruiting strategies to source specific technical and professional candidates
  • Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to qualify candidates
